Our most complex and dynamic blogsite to date!

Rick’s vision was to have a full featured real estate blogsite incorporating the most sought after tools with an incredibly well organized database of local information – all in a blog format.

With 9 categories appearing in each of the separate 25 Salt Lake Communities, that makes for 225 active sub-categories… all of which are a one-click navigation from the homepage.

This site’s dynamic ability is sure to inspire others who are looking to blog about the many communities in their area, without overwhelming their audience.

Phase 2 for this site is to design a unique header for each of the 25 communities, giving it a very localized feel throughout.

Paula already had a nice, custom designed site with a slick color scheme and brand. 

In an effort to stay true to her static site’s look and feel, we tied together many for the design details, while taking a few liberties as well.

The first words out of her mouth were, “I love it.  Don’t change a thing!”

Kyle had a custom site with no option to include a fully optimized real estate blog.

We came to the rescue with a complete redesign to his specifications and rebuilt his whole site’s content into a WordPress blogging platform.  Now the whole thing is Search Engine Optimized, as are all our blogs, and he is able to develop an unlimited amount of content to support his service of the Bay Area.

Oh yeah, we also did some pretty neat work with his MLS Quick Seach in the sidebar.
