Here’s How Dyno Cats Works:

All “Communities” are organized in their own environment on the homepage. Typically, we display the individual Communities with images to enhance their appearance and draw attention to the fact that you have organized your site this way.

Top Level Topics (a.k.a. Main Categories) will appear in a list format on the homepage as well, and can be selected to sort the main content by their focus.

For example, if the topic is ‘Outdoor Activities’, and the visitor selects it from the homepage, then the content will sort itself from the entire database of all post, presenting Outdoor Activity articles from potentially all Communities.

Dyno Cats comes in being unique and special once a visitor selects a Community from the group. The visitor is then presented with a sub-blog, with a new list of Topics, all relative to the specific Community selected.

For Example: if the Community selected is Eagle Ranch, and then the visitor selects ‘Outdoor Activities’, the content will now be sorted by Outdoor Activities in Eagle Ranch, and only in Eagle Ranch.

Your audience is interested in specific Communities, not the entire region you may cover. By organizing content in a manner that more effectively meets their needs, you are proving your site to be the most valuable online real estate resource available to them.

This is different from the standard feed that you find on blogs where the visitor has just the option of subscribing to the whole blog’s feed.

2. Post-Page Combo – Unique to Tomato Blogs
In the description above, your readers, after selecting a Community, land on a page that is simply the most recent blog articles you have written. With the Post-Page Combo, you are able to split your pages into static message (Page) and most recent blog articles (Post).

For example: With Post-Page Combo, when a visitor selects Eagle Ranch from the group of Communities, they arrive on an enhanced page that gives a brief introduction to the Community as well as some resources such as video, images, links and tools (think: IDX Home Search, Demographics, Slideshows, etc).

3. Dynamic Sidebars – Unique To Tomato Blogs
