Client: Mary DeLuca
Blogsite Address: www.BeltwayRamblings.com
One of my favorite domain names this year, BeltwayRamblings.com is a look into the suburb neighborhoods that extend out from Arlington VA.
You have to see the clever tie-ins that Mary has worked into the site. She is having fun and you know it show when she scores her first client from blogging in just her first month.

Client: Cindy Jones
Blogsite Address: www.VARealEstateTalk.com
I love the harmony on this site. The color scheme works very well with the image of the bridge heading into Arlington VA.
Cindy is a great blogger, posting several times a week on a range of topics both local and industry wide. Look for her to be seen as an authority in her region very quickly.

Client: William Johnson – RE/MAX Associates
Blogsite Address: www.TheRealEstateTextbook.com
William Johnson is proud owner and author of arguably the most uniquely designed real estate blog on the planet.
The blog is a book, and the book is a blog. Click around, it even changes color as you navigate to different sections of the site.
But don’t judge this blog by its cover! William is regularly delivering clear real estate insight that buyers and sellers need to know.

Client: Danielle Lazier – Zephyr Real Estate
Blogsite Address: www.SFHotlist.com/blog
Danielle already has one of the most innovative websites in the Bay Area. She has organized a destination for the Hot Sheet or Hot List of properties as they hit the San Francisco Real Estate Market.
Her clients love it, and her soon to be clients love it.
Her challenge was that her blog seemed invisible to the search engines, and it was difficult to make physical changes to.
We took over the whole project, training her to be in more control of her blogsite and ‘tightened up’ the look, feel and functionality of her blog.

Client: Edde Anderson – CF Anderson & Co.
Blogsite Address: www.RealEstateTrekker.com
Edde is as much a driven, focus, and hardworking Realtor as he is an avid hiker. Real Estate Trekker is meant to fuse his love for both.
Although Edde’s geographic focus is El Dorado County, CA, his topics are at times broad enough and progressive enough to attract a national audience. So throw on a backpack, grab your water bottle and trudge through some excellent writing.
