Roberta Murphy has brought her blog out of the blogosphere and into print.  Front page print, no less.
The San Diego Business Journal featured Roberta and her blog, LuxuryHomeDigest.com, in an article called:
“Real Estate Pros Not Getting Blogged Down By Negative Industry Trends”.

The SDBJ reports that real estate bloggers are using their new found marketing tool to be the recipe for success in this changing market.  We couldn’t agree more.

Quoting Roberta:

“The beauty of blogs is the transparency,” she said. “It keeps me on top of the market and it allows me to comment on things happening a lot faster.”

“I use it as a tool to talk about listings but not in the traditional sense I would on a Web site or in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). I try to tell a story,” said Murphy, a former journalist.

Brad’s aim was to create a full featured real estate blogsite; homepage, static content pages, MLS integration, quick search, lead capturing forms and a blogging platform.  All that, and squeeze it into a nice, clean, corporate look and feel… oh and some flash.

The site turned out real slick, and as he begins to fill it with unique content for residential, commercial and land real estate you can see it really start coming together.

Jackie specializes in international and Tampa, Florida real estate.  Her approach is to educate and entertain.  Bright colors, sizzling sounds, on location video correspondence, reading lists etc. all embrace this aim.

Jackie and I are also competing together in the Project Blogger event that can be followed on ActiveRain.  She is my apprentice for the next 4 months, digging to make her the best real estate blogger she can be.

Athol had been a prolific real estate blogger and blogosphere participator before coming to us for a complete blog overhaul. 

His previous platform was Google’s free program: Blogger.
His challenge was that he was very limited with his ability to expand the site to encompass his desired online real estate presence.
Our solution was to develop a very clean, yet modern real estate blogsite, affording him full control to develop the site as he wished.

Now with full control, and a more robust platform, Athol is looking to catapult himself into the upper-crust of Connecticut real estate blogging.
